With a variety of classes available, from weekly sessions to advanced troupe work and solo courses, there's something for everyone at Haus of Ruby's Rebels.

At the Haus of Ruby's Rebels, we are passionate about empowering performers to unlock their full potential. We offer a Solo Course designed to help you create your own performance piece or a mentoring program to guide you through the process. Our group performance course is perfect for those who feel more comfortable performing with others. We teach you how to work together as a group and create a cohesive performance that showcases everyone's strengths. We believe that through collaboration and support, we can create a space that feels safe and inclusive for all performers, no matter what their background or experience level. The Haus of Ruby's Rebels is more than just a dance class- it's a community. Our founder, Ruby 'D' Woo, is an experienced international performer who has helped countless burlesque artists achieve their dreams. In our classes, we teach more than just technique - we inspire our students to explore their creativity and embrace their inner rebels. Who can join?
Absoultely anyone who wants to explore their femininity and sexuality you must be over the age of 18 to join, but we encourage and welcome all body types, ages and genders and our Ruby's Rebels classes requires no previous expereince as we work to everyones individual strengths.
We love being diverse and we have created a warm, welcoming and safe space for everyone to join and feel part of.
Know that majority of people start on their own and being nervous is normal when starting something new, but you'll be surprised of how quickly you will feel comfortable. If you have any questions before joining please just pop us an email and we will answer any questions you might have.

What Do I Wear?
This depends on which session you will be attending, each session will require you to bring something or nothing, but it will be listed in the booking.
You can attend class in anything you feel comfortable and confident in. Many students wear bodysuits with tights/stockings, leggings and a vest top or lingerie. Anything goes, we just recommend you wear something that you can move freely in. You do not have to take clothing off if you do not feel comfortable doing so in our Ruby's Rebels classes or workshops. Our solo course does have bra peels, tassel twirling and clothing removal.

Shows
For those of you who are just born to perform Ruby 'D' Woo also provides a platform for her students to allow them to show the world what they've got.
Our Solo Course gives everyone the opportunity to perform their solo act. We also hold a studio showcase every year for any groups and soloist to take part in. We hold a show for our advance Ruby's De Luxe students and we also give out opportunities to our MentorStrip students.

Students do not have to perform in shows if they do not wish to do so. There is absolutely no pressure but if any student would like to perform in shows then Ruby will get you ready to hit the stage with your fellow Rebels.

Private Classes
We also offer private 1-2-1 sessions in the studio and online for those that want to advance on their skills or their acts. See out private classes page for more details.

Ruby’s Rebels is a fantastic burlesque school. I have learnt a variety of styles through dance routines set to many musical genres. Attending the class has enabled me to explore my own style and develop a character of my own. I have had a lot of fun experimenting and also been pushed to achieve more in a short space of time. I highly recommend this burlesque school if you want to perform burlesque or take up a casual hobby.

WIth professional guidance, mentoring and support from Ruby ive performed group and solo many times as well as actually putting myself out there to perform at shows by myself.
